Data Collection & Purpose

We collect and process data strictly for the purpose of identifying advertising fraud, attribution anomalies, and optimizing user acquisition performance. This includes analyzing raw logs, device identifiers, and event timestamps provided by client-side MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners).

Our infrastructure is designed to ingest data solely for forensic auditing. We do not use this data for retargeting, cross-selling, or any external commercial purposes unrelated to the audit.

Forensic Data Usage

Data processed during our Forensic Audits (including CTIT metrics, SDK signatures, and IP distributions) is used solely to generate risk matrices and identify fraudulent patterns. These patterns help in distinguishing between legitimate user behavior and automated bot activities.

Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to ensure that raw data ingested from third-party trackers is protected against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data pipelines are encrypted via TLS 1.3, and access is restricted to authorized forensic analysts.

Third-Party Integration

We work with industry-standard measurement partners (MMPs) and tracking systems. Our audits often involve validating the accuracy of postbacks and attribution windows configured within these systems (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, AppMetrica). We act as a data processor in relation to the data controlled by our clients.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, users whose data is processed have the right to access, rectification, and erasure. As a data processor, Olivka Digital coordinates directly with clients (data controllers) to fulfill these requests promptly and transparently.
